Jerry founded New England Cremation Supply in 1995 and has built the company to where it has become one of the largest manufacturers & distributors of wood-based cremation containers and shipping containers in the Northeast Region. Jerry is a hands-on owner, and is actively involved in sales & marketing, new product development, company strategy and pitching in when necessary to ensure that customer’s orders get produced and delivered on time. When he isn’t working, Jerry enjoys spending time at his camp on Ossipee Lake, on his boat, hiking, bicycling and spending time with his girlfriend Pat, and his extended family.

Happily married to my husband Steven for over 20 years. I have 2 children, Sophie whom is all grown up but lives local so we can stay close and Tucker, my adventure companion, a 4-year-old English Springer Spaniel. My family is my world.

When I am not in the office working, you can find me with my husband on our boat on Winnipesaukee or deep in the northern woods of NH playing on the trails. Whether it’s enjoying the mud on my Can-am Maverick side by side or in the snow riding my Skidoo Enduro Renegade, being outside is a passion of mine. Seeing all the natural beauty and animals can be breathtaking and always leave me in awe.

Another passion is helping people, so for many years I volunteered as an EMT for the town of Farmington. These duties included working on an ambulance and taking pictures to help the fire marshal determine causes of fires. All in which I’m proud I could serve the community.

I joined my uncle’s family business in August 2025 to fulfill the newly created position as Director of Sales and Marketing. My job responsibilities include maintaining existing customer relationships and helping to grow the company’s business throughout the Northeast region. I will be calling on funeral homes, crematories and cemeteries and attending various funeral director association annual meetings.

I was born in NH and currently live in Southern NH with my wife and two kids.  During the summer months I enjoy spending quality time with my family by the pool, going to the beach and up north to the mountains. Wintertime is spent enjoying my love of skiing with the family.

I joined my brother’s business back in 2017 on a part-time basis. My job responsibilities include marketing, advertising, website support, research, business strategy and a host of projects for New England Cremation Supply.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Barbara and our 3 children and 2 grandchildren. In addition, my passion outside of work and family, involves my love of nature and landscape photography. I’m a juried member of the League of NH Craftsmen, where I sell my photographs in all 6 of their NH galleries.

My name is Luann Haggerty, and I joined New England Cremation Supply in 2023.  I began my career in the accounts payable department, and in August 2025 I transferred to inside sales, where I assist customers with all their cremation supply and equipment needs. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with Bob, my longtime significant other, and our 3 fur babies. My hobbies include working in my flower and vegetable garden and enjoying my morning coffee watching the birds from our back deck.
