Shipping and Delivery

The cost of delivery is determined by the distance from our warehouse in Rochester, NH, so if you need an exact amount, please call customer service. Also note that we do have a minimum purchase for delivery. Our company trucks deliver throughout all New England states and parts of New York. For shipment outside our delivery area, we use UPS for smaller packages and other national freight carriers for larger packages.

 

Shipping Return Policy

  • Customers have 14 days to contact customer service to initiate a return and receive authorization
  • Merchandise must be in sellable condition and returned in the original packaging
  • Custom orders are not eligible for refunds
  • An authorized refund will be issued as a credit to the customer’s account
  • A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all approved returns
  • NECS reserves the right not to accept returns or issue credit for products damaged in transit
  • The customer is responsible for return freight charges (when applicable). Supply items may be returned by UPS or USPS
  • Customer service can arrange to pick up larger items upon request
