In 2020 New England Cremation Supply introduced its new customer loyalty program to show our thanks and sincere appreciation for our customer’s loyalty and business. Starting January 1st of each calendar year and ending December 31st, all purchases will qualify for a 1% merchandise credit, once customers have purchased supplies totaling $5,000.00 or more. For example, if a customer’s total purchases that calendar year totaled $10,000.00, then they would receive a merchandise credit in the amount of $100.00.
In January of each year we will send our customers a statement showing their total credits, which they must use to purchase supplies by the end of February. These rewards credits cannot be redeemed for cash, nor applied to pay off any payables due and they must only be used to purchase new supplies. Unused rewards credits will not carry from year to year, so customers must use them by the end of February once they receive the rewards statement. This customer loyalty rewards program will continue year to year unless modified by New England Cremation Supply.
