In 2020 New England Cremation Supply introduced its new customer loyalty rewards program to show our sincere appreciation for our customer’s loyalty and business. Starting January 1st of each calendar year and ending December 31st, all purchases will qualify for a 1% merchandise credit, once customers have purchased supplies totaling $5,000.00 or more.
In January of each year we will send our customers a statement showing their total credits, which they must use for supply purchases by the end of February. These supply credits cannot be redeemed for cash, nor used to pay off any current payables due, and must be used for new purchases of cremation supplies. Unused rewards credits will not carry forward year to year, so customers must use them by the end of February once they receive their customer rewards statement.
This customer loyalty rewards program will continue year to year, unless modified by New England Cremation Supply.
